Privacy Policy
UPAI Technologies ("UPAI", "we", "us", or "our") operates ULTRON, a Personal AI Command Center ("ULTRON", "the Service", or "the App").
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how it may be processed by service providers, how long we retain it, and the choices available to you.
By using ULTRON, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility
ULTRON is intended for users who are 13 years of age or older.
During account onboarding, ULTRON may request your date of birth to verify eligibility.
If you are under 13, you are not eligible to create or use a ULTRON account.
If we reasonably determine that an account belongs to a person under the minimum required age, we may restrict or deactivate the account.
Providing inaccurate age information may violate our Terms & Conditions.
2. Information We Collect
Depending on how you use ULTRON, we may collect the following categories of information.
Account information
When you authenticate with Google, we may receive:
- Google account name
- Google email address
- Google profile picture
- Google account identifier/subject identifier
- Authentication and session information
ULTRON uses a stable Google account identifier for account association rather than relying solely on an email address.
Age information
We may collect your date of birth for age verification. You provide your date of birth directly during onboarding; it is not retrieved automatically from your Google account's profile data. It is stored as part of your ULTRON account and associated with your Google account identifier.
Optional demographic information
ULTRON may allow you to optionally provide gender information. Available options may include: Male, Female, Other, Prefer not to say. Providing gender information is optional. You do not have to provide this information to use ULTRON.
3. Content You Provide to ULTRON
Depending on the features you use, ULTRON may process: chat messages, images, uploaded documents, code, project information, task information, voice recordings/transcription input, files selected for an authorized operation, and other information you intentionally provide to ULTRON.
ULTRON does not claim ownership of your files, code, documents, images, or other content merely because you use the Service.
4. Local Computer Information
ULTRON is designed as a Windows desktop application and can perform authorized computer-related operations. Your local files and folders remain on your computer by default. ULTRON does not require uploading your entire computer to its servers.
When you explicitly request an operation involving a file, project, application, screenshot, or other local resource, ULTRON may process the information necessary to perform that operation.
5. Chat History
ULTRON may store chat history so that you can return to previous conversations, search conversations, continue previous work, maintain relevant project context, and use supported task and agent functionality.
If you delete a conversation, it may be removed from your active user interface without necessarily being immediately erased from every underlying database, backup, security record, or retention system.
6. Images and Documents
If you upload images or supported documents, ULTRON may process them to provide features such as visual question answering, document analysis, code/image understanding, project assistance, and image-related AI functionality.
ULTRON does not claim ownership of uploaded content.
7. Voice and Transcription
When you use voice input, ULTRON may process your microphone input to generate a transcription. The transcription is presented to you so you can review or edit it before sending it. ULTRON does not intentionally send microphone input as an automatic message without your action.
8. AI Processing
ULTRON uses AI services to provide features such as conversation, reasoning, coding assistance, image understanding, document analysis, agent workflows, and task assistance.
AI-generated results may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or inappropriate for a particular situation. You should review important AI-generated information before relying on it.
9. Third-Party Service Providers
To provide ULTRON, certain information may be processed by third-party services, which may include:
- Google — authentication and account identity services
- Google Cloud / Firestore — application data and persistent storage
- Groq — AI processing
- Cloudflare — backend infrastructure and related services
- Whisper infrastructure/service providers — voice transcription
- Payment service providers — subscription and payment processing
Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
10. Subscription and Payment Information
If you purchase a paid ULTRON plan, information necessary to process and manage your subscription may be processed. Payment card or other sensitive payment credentials should be handled by the applicable payment provider rather than stored unnecessarily by UPAI.
11. Plans and Usage
ULTRON may collect usage information necessary to enforce plan limits, provide subscription entitlements, prevent abuse, maintain service reliability, calculate usage, and provide administrative analytics.
12. Device and Session Information
ULTRON may collect basic device/session information necessary for authentication, active-session management, security, troubleshooting, fraud/abuse prevention, and account protection.
13. Diagnostics and Error Information
ULTRON may collect technical information necessary to diagnose problems and maintain reliability. We do not intentionally include passwords, API keys, OAuth secrets, or raw session credentials in ordinary diagnostic logs.
14. Analytics
UPAI may use analytics to understand how ULTRON is being used and improve the product. Private user information should not be publicly exposed through such analytics.
15. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Where ULTRON or its website uses cookies or similar technologies, users may be presented with Allow or Deny options. Core functionality should continue to work when optional analytics cookies are denied.
16. How We Use Information
We may use information to: create and maintain accounts, authenticate users, verify age eligibility, provide ULTRON functionality, process AI requests, process voice transcription, manage subscriptions, process payments, protect accounts, detect abuse, troubleshoot problems, maintain security, improve ULTRON, provide customer support, comply with applicable legal obligations, and administer the Service.
17. Account Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect information. However, no internet-connected service can guarantee absolute security.
18. Administrator Access
Authorized UPAI administrators may access information necessary to administer ULTRON. Administrative access should be limited to legitimate business, security, support, or operational purposes.
19. Feedback and Support
If you contact us or submit feedback, we may process your account information, the message you submit, and relevant support information.

20. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. We do not retain information indefinitely without a reason.
21. Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your ULTRON account. When deletion is requested, your account is deactivated, a 30-day recovery period begins, and after the period, permanent deletion of eligible account data occurs automatically.

You may contact support@upaitechnologies.com for privacy-related requests, including access, correction, deletion, and other data requests.
23. Children's Privacy
ULTRON is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly permit users under the minimum age to maintain ULTRON accounts.
24. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If a change is material, ULTRON may require you to review and accept the updated Privacy Policy before continuing to use the Service.
